Preschool

The purpose of Aman STEAM Academy’s Early Childhood (Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten) program is to provide young children with a high-quality preschool education, developing specific skills necessary to be successful academically as they progress through their education. Students will develop the ability to: appreciate diversity, interact appropriately with others (including classmates and teachers), become leaders, and begin to participate in science and arts based learning. 

 

Aman STEAM Academy believes in meeting the needs of all children in a respectful and positive way. Families are included in all aspects of the program curriculum and learning activities are developmentally appropriate. We provide a balance of child-directed and teacher-directed learning activities.

 

Options

High Point Academy offers three options for preschool:

 

• Half-Day Pre-Kindergarten

  • Available for students ages three(3) and four(4)

  • ​Morning Session: 8:00 am to 11:30 am

  • Afternoon Session: 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm

  • No Half-Day classes on Fridays (K-8th Grade Early Release Day)

 

• Full Day Pre-Kindergarten

  • ​Available for students ages three(3) and four(4)

  • Class Session: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

 

• Full Day Kindergarten

  • ​Available for students age five(5) and older

  • Class Session: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

 

Please note that all preschoolers must be at least three years old and potty-trained, unless there is a documented medical condition.
